This extraordinary Gold and Quartz Specimen weighs close to 12 ounces (11.96oz or 10.901 troy oz). It was found in Mariposa, California. There are very nice gold outcroppings visible on the specimen in multiple locations. Specimen is very dense and the gold content is estimated to be very high relative to total weight.
